The Raspberry Pi RP2040 is the first microcontroller designed in-house, here at Raspberry Pi ("Raspberry Silicon").

Important: Requires soldering with a BGA hot air soldering station

• 264kB on-chip SRAM in six independent banks

• Up to 16MB of off-chip Flash memory via a dedicated QSPI bus

• DMA controller

• Interpolator and integer divider peripherals

• On-chip programmable LDO

• 2 on-chip PLLs to generate USB clocks and core

• 30 GPIO pins, 4 of which can be used as analog inputs
