My product does not work

You have just bought your product but it does not work.

Kubii.fr guarantees its products for 12 months from the date of invoice. In case you encounter a problem with one of our products, we invite you to follow the following procedure:

1st step :

Send us the information through the contact form or through your customer account explaining precisely the problem encountered.

2 nd step :

A technician will contact you by email to try to determine the origin of the problem and to eliminate the misuse that may cause a malfunction.

3 rd step :

You will receive by email the procedure for returning the package, you will then have 7 days to return your package in its original packaging.
