The sensors for Arduino and Raspberry Pi
Do you want to design displays with Arduino or Raspberry Pi that interact with their environment? To do this you need sensors, and this book will help you quickly move from ideas to implementation. Each chapter is dedicated to a type of sensor (motion, light, sound, etc.) and includes: Experiments that explain how to use a sensor; Validation tests; A mini-project that shows how to combine different technologies to obtain a high-performance assembly. The numerous commented code examples will help you create your own projects. You will be able to create: a personal breathalyzer, a smoke detector that sends an email alert, a haunted doorbell that rings before you touch it, a Pong video game, a color-sensitive light dome, a graphic screen that reacts to ambient sounds, a weather station... The source code for the programs and many useful links and references are available at www.dunod.com/contenus-complementaires/9782100717934 as well as at botbook.com, the original version's reference site.
